REHABILITATION OF
WATER DESALINATION PLANT

This project aims to rehabilitate a damaged water desalination plant, which was affected by a bombing. The plant will be relocated and the facility will be refurbished and supplied with the necessary tanks and materials to make it operational again.

Challenges in current context

  • Health Risks
Due to the lack of desalinated water, residents and refugees face health problems caused by drinking contaminated water.

  • Severe Water Shortages
This exacerbates the suffering of the population and deteriorates their quality of daily life.

  • Economic Impact
Many residents cannot afford to buy drinking water due to poverty, forcing them to drink unsafe water.

Why This Project Matters

  • Water Conservation and Safety
Improve the health and living conditions of the displaced population.

  • Disease Prevention
Prevent diseases associated with contaminated water.

  • Responding to Citizen Complaints
Address the increasing complaints and requests for clean drinking water.
