The launch of Birds of Paradise Academy in Gaza was a breakthrough in our efforts to create a holistic, trauma-informed educational environment.
Serving 200 children, the academy is established as a safe space for displaced and orphaned children. BOP Academy not only provides quality education but also essential psycho-social support, paramedical care and daily nutritious meals.
Our mission is to empower these children and their families, helping them overcome trauma and build a brighter future despite the ongoing challenges of conflict.
Our success has been evident in the emotional and academic improvements seen in the children.

Why we need your Support
Every child deserves the chance to dream, to learn, and to thrive. In Gaza, however, many children are deprived of these basic rights due to the ongoing conflict. The BOP Academy aims to change that by creating an environment where children can feel safe, supported, and hopeful about their futures.
To serve and support more children, we will grow the Birds of Paradise (BOP) Academy. This expansion is crucial to meeting the needs of the community and supporting children as they progress through their educational journey. Our aim is to serve 500 children by the end of next year, effectively doubling our current reach and up to 1000 students after 2 years.
